Planificateur(Trice) de Production - Saint-Laurent, Canada - Chef Cook It
Description

Principales tâches:
- Rassembler et valider toutes les informations nécessaires afin de créer le calendrier de production (maind'œuvre disponible, commandes prévues et réelles, disponibilité des équipements, disponibilité des matériaux);
- Créer et optimiser le calendrier de production en collaboration avec l'équipe de production;
- Communiquer de façon proactive les différents enjeux de production avec les autres départements;
- Ajuster le calendrier de production en fonction des imprévus;
- Planifier le séquencement des bons de travail;
- Suivre l'exécution du plan de production et effectuer des ajustements au besoin;
- Améliorer les outils de planification.
Qualités et aptitudes requises:
- Posséder un grand souci du détail;
- Maîtriser le français et l'anglais, parlé et écrit;
- Excellente maîtrise du logiciel Excel;
- Expérience avec Microsoft Office et Google Apps;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe;
- Sens très développé du jugement, de l'initiative, de l'autonomie et de la discipline;
- Sens de l'organisation et des priorités ;
- Expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, la fabrication ou la distribution (un atout).

Production Planner

production planner will play an important role in the production process and will have to collaborate closely with colleagues from various teams to ensure the smooth running of the production.

Role and responsibilities:
- Gather and validate all required inputs to create the production schedule (available manpower, forecasted and actual orders, equipment availability, materials availability);
- Create and optimize the production schedule in collaboration with the production team;
- Communicate proactively with the other teams and departments regarding any production complications;
- Adjust the production schedule based on exceptions;
- Plan the sequence of production work orders;
- Monitor the execution of the production plan and modify it as needed;
- Identify opportunities to improve planning tools.
Requirements and skills:
- Possess great attention to details;
- Bilingual, French and English;
- Having an excellent knowledge in Excel;
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Apps;
- Ability to work with a team;
- Possess a highly developed sense of judgment, initiative, autonomy and discipline;
- Excellent organizational skills and a selfstarting personality;
- Experience in the food industry, manufacturing or distribution (an asset)
