The Business Analyst will support the Product Manager in executing special projects and day-to-day activities that support the achievement of short and long-term business objectives (sales goals, operational savings and efficiencies, gross margin maximization, system performance).

This position will report to the Product Manager and your efforts will have a direct and immediate impact on the company's success.

What will you do?

Work through special projects (

High Priority:
BOM Cleanup) to drive operational efficiency across all Business Lines, including HVAC, Water Heater, Water Purification, and Smart Home

Engage with crossfunctional teams to deliver sales packages at the right price and with the right components.
Engage with our Sales, Install, and Operations teams across our 26+ branches in Canada to support sales order close and month end activities.
Support deep dive analysis to uncover customer insights that will lead to breakthrough plans for the business.
Assist in developing pricing and offers to drive growth as well as strategies to mitigate attrition.
Prepare product materials to support sales training and customer presentations.
Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring/research; understand and provide insights into market trends, consumer behaviors, etc.
Execute regular reporting to drive portfolio awareness/insights.
Other tasks as assigned.

What do you bring?

1 years' experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Category Management
Comfortable developing work back schedules, defining key milestones, presenting progress reports, and flagging risks/opportunities on projects.
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a focus on quality and detail.
Ability to work with internal sales groups and operations teams to turn the complex into simple.
Solid relationship building and collaboration skills with ability to work within a team environment.
Selfstarter who can take initiative and tasks through to the finish line.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
CRM and/or Experlogix experience a definite asset.
