THE GOAL

THE RESPONSIBILITES

  • Respond to support requests and cultivate a high level of end user support
  • Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues
  • Respond to access requests and set permissions
  • Ensure desktop / laptop computers are set up and compliant
  • Document hardware and software asset management
  • Administer IT protocols and policies with Microsoft Intune and maintain access policies
  • Improve IT processes with scripting and automation
  • Provide user training and orientation
  • Create and update documentation for user training and IT processes and policies
  • Monitor systems and network performance

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a jobrelated discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • Outstanding documentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn new technologies and scripting skills
  • PowerShell and Python scripting experience considered an asset
