Brief Company History
Crystal Clean has been a leading mobile wash service provider in the Greater Toronto Area since inception in 2002. It has grown from three employees to over 40 throughout the seasons.

In 2015, the company added sweeping services to its conglomerate knowing it was time to take a big step forward.

In summer of 2017 we introduced street flushing, bringing more scope to our fleet, and a more polished look for our clients.

The Position
You will be an instrumental part of the sweeping division at Crystal Clean Mobile Wash. This includes the primary responsibility of operating our mobile sweepers. Our main sweep jobs include commercial and residential lots. A keen eye is a must as we maintain our standard for spotless detail a level above our competition.

In addition to sweeper operation, you will also be responsible for labour duties which include inspection prior to and cleanup post sweep.

This entails readily accepting constructive feedback from both company management as well as management at client sites.

Due to the fact that we work with many medium sized businesses, sweeper operators are expected to conduct themselves professionally at job sites, being courteous to any employees present as well as maintaining effective communication with client management to ensure satisfaction.

Organization and timeliness come into play as sites need to be ready in time for clients to resume use of lots for either private or public use.
