$ $19.19 per hour. Your hourly rate will be based on number of summer terms completed with Metrolinx.

Work Location:
Multiple locations in Downtown Toronto. HYBRID Model

Contract up to 4 months

_Metrolinx _is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto's subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Metrolinx is an agency of the Government of Ontario.

Summer Student, RT Program Delivery
Summer Student, Systems
Summer Student, SS

What will I be doing?

Support a team on multiple administrative responsibilities
Prepare and organize correspondence, perform data entry and create multiple documents
Provide customer service assistance by responding to public and internal inquiries
Help with small

- or large-scale virtual filing projects by following a prescribed set of rules to store or destroy files

Conducting research, perform analysis and input data
Manage daily assigned work
General office work such as data entry, filing

What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?

Must be attending school fulltime and returning to an academic institution
Must be at least 15 years of age before starting employment
Preference will be given to students who can commence work in May 202
Competence in software such as Microsoft Office
Customer service experience is an asset
Experience in research, data input and analysis are an asset

Note:
certain positions require the wearing of Protective Footwear (i.e. Safety Boots or Shoes) to be purchased at your cost
