Position Title:
Customer Service Manager
The position
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this position will be responsible for building,
maintaining and improving Airline Customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving
solutions; addressing customer needs, exceeding expectations and supporting the goals of the
organization.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Achieves AAR customer service objectives by contributing customer service information
- Liaise with AAR Corporate Commercial team to provide performance updates, Customer
- Serve as the primary Customer interface, liaise between Operations and Customer(s) to
record results and details of customer interaction.
- Deal directly with the Customer's On Site Lead Technical Representative on issues
of any issues or Customer concerns.
- Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an
actions.
- Actively participate in AAR Windsor's Safety Management System (SMS) including
promotes the company safety policy

Education and experience
- Relevant college or university education
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Aircraft maintenance environment
- Experience in a similar position is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient with computer software and an ability to learn
