The Clinical Trainer forms part of the SharpLight team and is accountable for performing related duties at a high professional level and carrying out responsibilities including but not limited to the following areas: Training, Customer service, and Quality Assurance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Train our partners on our SharpLight Technologies products
  • Conduct demonstrations for new or existing partners on clinical treatments and our products
  • Support Territory Manager in leading demonstrations and other projects as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with all partners
  • Ensure you have superior knowledge of SharpLight products and technologies to articulate to existing and new partners

The Superstar:


We are looking for an individual who is self-directed, proactive, energetic, and who has a proven track record in Training & Customer Service.


The required experience we are looking for include:

Requirements:


  • Aesthetics or Nursing education background or work experience
  • Punjabi or Mandarin or Cantonese language a definite asset
  • Open to travel as per business needs
  • Previous experience with laser technology a definite asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
