Delivery company Box Bus is seeking experienced sales and business development professionals from across Canada. This position is fully remote and will never require in-person attendance at any office.

We are looking for skilled salespeople, ideally with experience in the transportation and delivery industry to join our growing team.

This position is open for those seeking fractional part-time work as well as those seeking full-time.

Using our leads sourced by AI software, your job will be to establish contact with potential clients, convert them to customers and get signatures on the contracts.

If this is something you can do well, we are paying a 5% of gross residual commission with a 24-month duration.

Busy vans and trucks make a gross of $400 to $1000 per day, so 5% could be $20-$50/day/van that hauls for the clients you acquire.

And there is no limit on how much you can make.

For example, a recent contract with a wholesale grocery 3PL uses 3-5 cargo vans plus 1-2 power tailgate trucks around 10 hours per weekday for an average daily gross charge of ~$2500/day.

5% would be a $125/day commission for at least 250 days/year or ~$ /year, for 24 months, just for that contract.

Some e-commerce warehouses will ask for 10 or more drivers per location. So the income potential is very high.

Requirements:

3+ years experience with business development or direct sales.
Must pass a criminal record check (Bondable)
Must have their own office/home office where they can make calls and use their computer.
An outgoing and energetic personality.
The ability to work autonomously and set your own schedule/appointments.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to track your own expenses for tax deductions as a T4-A.

Nice to Have

Additional language proficiencies, especially Arabic, French and/or Punjabi.
Experience with transportation/delivery sales.
Familiarity with the industry as a driver, dispatcher, shipper/receiver, etc.
Adaptability.

Brokers are welcome, but the 5% is firm.

Though we are very welcoming to those from other countries, this job requires that you are already in Canada and cannot be performed from another country for us.
