Telecommunication Project system analyst ( Avaya) Position for Toronto Location

Work type:
Contract and Hybrid

Exp:
Min 7 Years

Must have skills:

Demonstrated experience with Telephone Implementations (experience implementing Avaya Aura,
Avaya Gateways and softphone front end)Demonstrated experience with planning and implementing telephony services and replacing telephony systems in Public Safety environment
Demonstrated knowledge in VOIP deployments, data networks, SIP, Session border controller (SBC)
Demonstrated experience with implementing Telephony in a Contact Centre environment, knowledge of future NG911 technical requirements such as encryption, security etc
Demonstrated experience with back end integration
Knowledge of
Technical writing for Avaya Aura Systemsession manger, communication manger, gateways, Komutel, Dell servers, web servers, and some legacy technology, for example PBX, analog trunking
Experience with Avaya contact centre Environment i.e ACD, CMS (call Management system), agent Id, expert agent selection, split skill, vectorVDN, skill, hunt group
Familiarity with SQL, linux ,windows 2016/19 server edition, encryptions TLS, SRTP, subnets, vlans, trusted/untrusted zones, DNS, VM(virtual Machines, hyper converge(HCI), IP, active directory (AD), NTP, VPN, remote desktop, PBX, PSTN
Knowledge of PSAP, CAD(computer aided device) Canadian Next Generation 911,ESINet, E911

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary:
From $65.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

French not required

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

System analysis: 5 years (required)

Project Management: 5 years (required)
Telephone Implementations: 7 years (required)
Avaya Gateways: 6 years (required)
