Stubbe's is a reputable family-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the industry.

Stubbe's started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services.
Straight night shift position.

Hours are 5pm-5am Monday-Thursday. $3.50/hr shift premium will be added to starting wage.**
This position is located in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock)

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Sample, inspect, and test concrete and raw materials at plants
  • Perform prepour inspections of products to ensure components are built to the drawing specifications
  • Perform postpour inspections to determine the quality of the finished product
  • Complete cleaning and maintenance of prestressing equipment as required
  • Maintain daily records of all data
  • Perform administrative duties of valueadded products
  • Develop technical reports and analysis of concrete quality
  • Follow all necessary health & safety directives in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Work with managers to conduct project specification reviews and mix design reviews
  • Communicate and train quality processes and procedures to production employees
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and provides well supported and applicable recommendations for action
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to students
  • Ensure CPCI/CSA/ACI compliance: reviews and monitors field compliance with CSA/PCI standards
  • Assist Managers and Supervisors with various tasks
  • Perform all other duties required by management
