Straight night shift position.
This position is located in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock)
THE DAY TO DAY
- Sample, inspect, and test concrete and raw materials at plants
- Perform prepour inspections of products to ensure components are built to the drawing specifications
- Perform postpour inspections to determine the quality of the finished product
- Complete cleaning and maintenance of prestressing equipment as required
- Maintain daily records of all data
- Perform administrative duties of valueadded products
- Develop technical reports and analysis of concrete quality
- Follow all necessary health & safety directives in accordance with legislative requirements
- Work with managers to conduct project specification reviews and mix design reviews
- Communicate and train quality processes and procedures to production employees
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Analyze data and provides well supported and applicable recommendations for action
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to students
- Ensure CPCI/CSA/ACI compliance: reviews and monitors field compliance with CSA/PCI standards
- Assist Managers and Supervisors with various tasks
- Perform all other duties required by management

- Familiar with CSA, PCI or similar standards is an asset
- Experience with repair procedures
