Position Description
We are looking for a highly motivated HR intern to join our team. This is a six (6) month contractual position.

As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and training and development.

You will work closely with our HR team and assist in executing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.


Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials, setting up new employee files, and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Other duties as directed or required.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
