Effective Immediately

8 hours/day, 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Valid General Carpenter trade certificate issued by the Ontario Ministry of Trades/ Skilled Trades Ontario

Three (3) years' experience in general carpentry, construction, or related industry, or minimum three (3) years' experience in construction or maintenance of timber framed buildings

Sound knowledge of general construction codes and regulations

Excellent knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Ontario Building Code

An extensive general knowledge of building and equipment maintenance and repair work

Must possess a valid driver's license in order to travel and provide service throughout the district
