Job Summary

As a Casual Lunchroom Supervisor, you are actively supervising students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 both while they are eating in the class and while they are playing outside.

Key Responsibilities

Casual Lunchroom Supervisor Responsibilities include:

Actively supervising students by ensuring they are staying in their classrooms to eat
Proactively supporting students with solving peer conflicts before things escalate
Ensuring students are following the safety rules both inside and outside
Redirecting students if they need assistance in self regulating
Getting to know students and building relationships
Arriving on time
When in Kindergarten, supporting the DECE in the class by helping students as needed, provide assistance when students are getting dressed for outdoor play, supervise their play outside
