_We are looking for people to join our growing team_
Customer service representatives help our customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and customer questions related to our products and services
- Follow up on delivery and shipment of parcels with the shipping companies
- Resolve any issues related to the delivery of our customers
Qualifications:
- Must be fully bilingual (English & French)
- Have a good command of the languages (verbal and written)
