We are looking for people to join our growing team_

Customer service representatives help our customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and customer questions related to our products and services
  • Follow up on delivery and shipment of parcels with the shipping companies
  • Resolve any issues related to the delivery of our customers

Qualifications:

  • Must be fully bilingual (English & French)
  • Have a good command of the languages (verbal and written)
