You will be reporting to the Patient Experience Manager and be part of a team of amazing clinicians. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and VERY detailed oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.

What will be asked of you:

  • Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker
  • You want metrics on how you are doing and what areas of the role you need help with
  • We will train you on how to offer a great patient experience on the phone
  • You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
  • Love to help people even if the environment can be fast paced at times
Required Experience/Skills

  • Universal Software experience is an asset
  • Experienced in Physiotherapy/Chiropractic clinic set up
  • Superior communication skills (Verbal and Written in English) and interpersonal relations
  • Problem
- solving (Ability to make right decisions to unexpected situations)

  • Fast Learner and Hard working (must be DETAILED oriented)
  • Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting cash, credit and debit payments.
  • Operate computers to access electronic medical records, schedules and other basic office support software.
  • Use automated systems to access, enter, and edit patient information.
  • Product knowledge: Orthotics, compression stockings, bracing.
  • Must be good with reactivating patients (over the phone).
  • Organization of the clinic/space.

Preferred but NOT required:

  • Prior work in retail e.g Zara, The Bay, Aldo, etc
  • Inbound or outbound phone experience
  • Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
  • Transportation to float between clinics
  • Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, acupuncture
  • Familiarity with Blue Cross, Medavie, Telus Portal, Provider Connect, Nexgenrx billing systems
  • Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
  • Learning new software and data entry
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Tamil, Cantonese or Mandarin speaking an asset

Shift hours would be:
Mon 9:00 - 3:00, Tuesday 1:00 - 7:00, Wednesday 9:00 - 7:00, Friday 10:30 - 7:00. Picking up extra shifts will be an option Saturday Availablity a MUST
