Role Summary:

Clear Trust Mortgages offer full support and sales training through:

Leads from in-house Lead Generation System
Guided sales calls
Regular personalized coaching
Strategic business planning
Focus group sessions
Online training support
Relationship building activities
Marketing and Social Media Training

Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking inbound leads, online, by phone,
Developing relationships with business partners and referral sources
Working closely with our lending partners to ensure a smooth mortgage process

Qualifications and Skills:

Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to learn sales skills
Attention to detail
Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills in English _(other languages an asset)_
Be eligible to work in Canada
