About the role:

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition
Consultant - Campus** to join our National Future Talent team

As a
Talent Acquisition Consultant -
Campus, your work will have significant influence on the future of our organization by discovering excellent current and future talent pipelines from colleges and universities across Canada.

People will rely on you to implement effective strategies that will optimize our student and new graduate recruitment initiatives and programs.

What you'll do here:

Plan and coordinate proactive and innovative talent attraction strategies
Build excellent relationships with our internal business partners across the organization, advising on market trends, etc.
Assist in creating an internal student community each term through the execution of a variety of engagement events and initiatives
Build and strengthen our partnerships with universities and colleges across Canada
Actively assist in planning and execution of campus activities and events both virtually and inperson, acting as an strong Intact brand ambassador
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel to inperson events, which may involve weekends and evenings, as required
Monitor and gather metrics required to improve processes, progress towards meeting operational targets, KPIs, and SLAs

What you'll bring to the table:

Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or another relevant field
Minimum of 23 years combined work experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, or a related industry
Bilingual in French and English is a requirement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including; intermediate excel skills)
