Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers with determining the nature of their repair issues.
Secure agreement from customers before repairs. Review cost estimate and approximate time when work will be completed on the vehicle.
Obtain customer and vehicle data, schedule required maintenance orders.
Communicate progress of repairs and any need for additional work.
Provide details to customers, including additional costs and time of repairs.
Document repair orders.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or other high school equivalence certificate
Excellent customer service skills dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers.
Strong written and verbal skills ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience as a service writer or advisor an asset
Heavy duty parts knowledge or background an asset.
