Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a Operations Team Lead for full-time employment in our Vancouver-based head office.
This position reports to Operations Management, is available immediately and includes the following responsibilities:

Train and coach new hires with company policies and procedures
Prepare and review purchase orders for Vancouver location
Manage cyclical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory
Be an advocate for best practices in purchasing and warehouse activities
Actively participate within all warehouse and purchasing job functions
Work with interrelated departments to resolve product or service deficiencies
Lead and coordinate the daily work of Vancouver warehouse personnel
Contribute to continued company improvements in established processes and procedures
Troubleshoot technical issues within your departments' software/hardware programs (Sage300 & WMS)
Be knowledgeable of all department tasks; possess a willingness to crosstrain and assist wherever required
Support other Keir Surgical or Pacific Surgical departments as required
Conduct oneself and represent Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times
3+ years of purchasing and warehouse experience
Minimum of 1year supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Energetic team player with a cando, willdo attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong computer skills and a quick learner
Accuracy and attention to detail
