Overview
Professional Interns have been an integral part of Birchwood for over 25 years. The professional intern program has evolved to include an immersive experience that focuses on personal and professional development. Our program is designed to create a network of empowered students who gain valuable skills while supporting Birchwood's purpose. Our internship includes professional development workshops, unique social events, and an opportunity to network with our executive team.

Project Opportunities:


  • External (Customer facing) website refresh.
  • Internal webportal refresh.
  • Point of sale material redesign.
  • Sales Communication template design.
  • Assist in the planning and leading of sales contests.
  • Design and develop a Financial Services onboarding package.
  • Review and analyze marketing materials for continuity and congruency.

Qualifications:


  • Completing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Creative Communications.
  • Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to brand development.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged.
  • A commitment to learning and professional development.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for most daytoday functions.
  • Strong contributor to team culture.
  • Valid Class 5F or 5I Driver's license & reliable transportation to/from work.
