Description
ATCO Frontec has a unique administrative role as a
Time & Attendance/Expenses Administrator.

The primary responsibilities of this role are processing and managing all expense reports, corporate credit cards and timekeeping for all timecards.

This position is focused on the timely and accurate reporting of all data in accordance with company policy and standards.

The office is based in
Calgary, Alberta, but this role can be open to hybrid/remote work.


Responsibilities

  • Time & Attendance
  • Time Keeping and Management
  • Work within the Time and Attendance System
  • Timecard & Time Entry
  • Time off in TAA
  • Pay rules and schedules
  • Historical edits
  • Reporting
  • Assist with employee inquiries
  • Expense & Credit Cards
  • Audit personal expense and credit card expenses (CAD & US)
  • Run weekly personal expense payment for reimbursement
  • Create new credit cards/cancel and modify cards as required
  • Process and reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Follow up with card holders on outstanding transactions
  • Maintain cardholder list
  • Assist employees with errors in iexpense, with former employees to clear credit card transactions
  • Reporting
  • Other duties as required.

Required Knowledge/Abilities

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative capacity with timekeeping and expenses
  • Postsecondary education related to finance administration is an asset.
  • General accounting knowledge is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Oracle and iexpense experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
