Summary
Safety & Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Follow: 5S
Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardized, Sustain - Identify, report and avoid all hazards
- Always operate with safety in mind
- Report any near misses to supervisor
- Sweep factory floors, Collect/Empty garbage
- Use baler to compact excess material
- Clear machines of buildup and organize work areas
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Shipping/Packing Responsibilities:
- Package finished products according to customer requirements
- Stack finished products in designated areas and/or on skids
- Load trucks/trailers
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Material handling:
- Locate/retrieve/move/ place products and raw materials in the warehouse
- Adhere materials together using gluing equipment and techniques
- Transfer materials to manufacturing cells using carts
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Increase the productivity and throughput.
Get all the lines and materials ready for smooth production runs ahead of time
Organize and motivate line staff to get productivity
Changeovers & efficient material movement
Quality checks
Downtime & waste reduction
Requirement:
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Must be dependable, trustworthy and value accountability
- Good physical condition for lifting and standing for periods of time
Job Types:

From $17.00 per hour
