  • Internal Culture Development
  • Develop and execute programs, initiatives, and events to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall wellbeing. Organize teambuilding events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment, all with the goal of cultivating a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their needs and expectations better. Collaborate with project and business development teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.


  • Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with business development teams to enhance the client experience during the proposal and project execution phases. Provide insight into client preferences and help identify potential opportunities (partnership, upsell, etc.).
  • Brand Representation & Event Planning
  • Be the face of Deighton Associates Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company's services and values while establishing new relationships with industry stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team to develop all Deighton events, including the Deighton User Conference, Peer Exchanges, Webinars, and more.


  • Internal Communications

  • Implement effective communications strategies utilizing marketing platforms, Deighton Intranet sites, and more.

Skill Requirement:


  • Associates, Bachelors, and/or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relations, or related field
  • Proven experience in Employee Engagement, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • A genuine passion for promoting positive culture and building meaningful relationships
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Product Suite, CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or alternative), and Event Management/Registration Platforms
  • Previous experience in engineering, consulting, or technology industry is a plus
