The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to
-
Assisting or providing total personal care such as toileting, bathing, and perineal respects and uses sensitivity in spiritual, cultural and ethnic aspects of resident care:


Assisting with ambulation, positioning, and transferring using mechanical lifts such as a Hoyer lift

Assists with the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of individualized care to meet the resident's holistic needs and promotes and respects the Resident Bill of Rights:

Computer or paper documentation of Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and other findings

Self-actualization by helping patient/resident/client to reach maximum potential.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
