We are currently searching for an experienced and hardworking technician to join our growing manufacturing department This is a great opportunity to join a very busy, well-established company that offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and an unmatched team that values you If you like hands on work, occasional travel in Canada & US and learning new skills, then we want to hear from you

Work in manufacturing shop performing regular duties such as:

Gluing & cutting RF panels/pre-fabs
Cutting framing
Gluing ferrite
Painting
Welding (Tig/Mig)
Soldering
Custom manufacturing & assembling material/complex items
Building crates/skids
Onsite installation, testing & maintenance of RF products
Read manufacturing drawings, installation drawings, and Schematics
General shop & workstation clean up

Opportunity to learn additional skills such as:

Mill & lathe
RF testing
Sound proofing installation & testing

ASSETS Include:

12 years of hand/power tool experience
12 years of manufacturing experience
12 years of metal fabrication experience
12 year experience with Welding (Tig/Mig)
Experience with soldering

MUST HAVE Requirements**:

Reliable form of transportation as you may need to travel/work out of our Vars facility on occasion
Valid drivers license with clean record to drive company vehicle
Ability to obtain level 3 security clearance
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time
Valid passport/ability to enter the US
High level of integrity
Ability to adapt
Ability to work well with others in a fun and thriving team environment
