_ __in Etobicoke_**The Service Advisor will be assisting all incoming customers attending their service appointments at Marino's Auto Group. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Marino's Auto Group. You will be liaising with the Technicians to ensure that you are keeping customers up to date regarding their service appointments. If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and strong time management skills, then this role is for you


Job Duties:


  • Work with customers to understand their needs.
  • Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
  • Ensure that customer vehicle are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
  • Complete a follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
  • Additional duties assigned.
  • 12 years of customer service experience.
  • Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.
  • The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Selfmotiving with excellent work ethic.
  • Loves a fastpaced environment.
  • A valid G class driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
