We are seeking an ultra talented RELATIONSHIP BUILDER Work from home - 40 hours per week.
Our team is rapidly growing and we're in search of motivated inside sales agent for the real estate industry. You'll be taking on warm calls from thousands of Calgary and surrounding area home buyers. Some responsibilities including gathering information for Calgary home buyers and sellers, updating leads in our CRM.
We are looking to reward and employ someone who is results-oriented and has the natural ability to easily connect and build rapport with our clients.
Applicants for this role should have experience on the phone, or in sales, driven, and someone who want to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain existing opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Qualify the clients and set appointments for our team of over 10 agents.
Qualifications:
- Incredible interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants should have at least a high school diploma
- Ideally At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
- Amazing Phone Skills
- The role does require someone who has high energy and enjoys routine, the primary duties of this role are focused on creating business via warm calls in our crm, a high amount of calling is required
We provide company phone.
You must have your own computer or Laptop as well high speed internet connection and place to work.
Contractor based position.
Performance based bonuses.

$17.00-$20.00 per hour
