The Role
We are currently adding a knowledgeable
Production Builder (Quality Control) to our team in Toronto. You will be trained on the tools you will be working with and the equipment you will be repairing.

This is a busy and vital role in our warehouse where you will be assembling mobility and accessibility equipment to specifications and inspecting the equipment for quality control.

You will have:

How you will spend your days:

  • Quality control. You will use Navision to track order accuracy and be responsible for the inspecting of every piece of equipment that comes through the production process. You will evaluate and communicate errors and misses to the Production Manager and your fellow builders.
  • Scheduling. You will assign orders to be built by the Production team daily, identifying who is able to complete what order as required.
  • Process Mobility Devices and Equipment. You will managed the administrative workflow of orders and update statuses and communicate with internal stakeholders those status updates.
  • Collaborate with teams. You will work closely with others on the production team and in the warehouse to ensure daily tasks are complete. You will assist all team members with additional tasks as required to meet the needs of our clients.

What you bring
-
_ Technical Skills_. You have at least 3 years experience with electrical, mechanical or manufacturing diagnostic tools. Knowledge of HME (Home Medical Equipment), elevating, mobility products would be considered an asset.

_ Analytical skills_. An avid troubleshooter, you are innovative and efficient in your approach to solving problems.

_ Willingness to learn_. You thrive in an environment where you work with your hands and are able to pick up new skills quickly. Through mentorship and training, we will provide you with all the tools and resources to be successful as our new Production Builder.

_ Additional must have requirements_. You are able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move or repair equipment and devices. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
