Administrative Assistant - Waterford, Canada - Synergy Group of Companies
Description
The Administrative Assistant for Synergy Group of Companies will work closely with The Field Supervisor to collect and prepare data from the field as well as supporting operational activities such as printing plans, requesting Road Occupancy Permits and submission of locate requests.
Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare data for the daily Work In Progress (WIP)
- Support the Field Supervisor with various duties, including printing, project tracking, assembling project packages
- Support Locate Coordinators with various duties, including printing, submissions,
- Overall activity tracking sheet
- NIKA data entry
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills
- 12 years relevant experience with administrative duties
- Team player and customer service skills
- Self starter and ability to work with limited supervision in fast paced environment
- Work with sense of urgency demonstrating the ability to shift priorities to accomplish objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in telecommunication/utility construction an asset
