Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


Learning and Leadership and Programs

  • Coordinate, monitor, and enhance program delivery, providing improvement suggestions.
  • Support and facilitate both classroom and online training.
  • Assist in content development, ensuring consistent training and ongoing evaluation.
  • Manage elearning design and implementation.
  • Identify and implement performance indicators for training effectiveness, including surveys and reporting.
  • Administer, evaluate, and improve the Learning Management System.
  • Oversee the entire learning event cycle, from initiation to postevent followup.
  • Support managing inquiries in the EDE inbox.

Performance Management & Succession Planning

  • Supports the EDE Consultant in the development of resources and training for performance management and succession planning programs.
  • Oversees documentation of talent needs and goals at various levels.
  • Conducts gap analysis at an individual role, team and/or functional level.
  • Designs and implements yearoveryear measurement reporting.
  • Supports the development and learning programs for successors and emerging talent.

Process and System Improvement

  • Support the enhancement of processes and knowledge base documents to ensure topnotch service quality for program and service delivery.
  • Stay proficient in relevant technology (e.g., LMS, succession, performance modules) to enhance programs and services.
  • Research and assess suitable systems and resources to bolster service delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging systems and technology in the context of organizational development, learning, and employee engagement.

Administration

  • Prepare reports for annual, semiannual, and ondemand needs.
  • Manage eLearning administration.
  • Analyze and report survey data.

Qualifications:


Education

  • A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, or Adult Education or Organizational Development.

Experience

  • Three (3) years of progressive work experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems.
  • Experience with instructional and elearning design

Skills

  • Proficiency in Storyline Articulate.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in creating training programs, content, and tools/resources.
  • Proficiency in using online survey tools.
  • Data analysis expertise.
  • Strong report writing capabilities.
  • User experience (UX) and usability knowledge
  • Effective facilitation and presentation skills
