Winery Associates are responsible for providing consistent, outstanding hospitality to all visitors by providing an overall entertaining and informative tour and tasting experiences for each individual or group of visitors with the ultimate goal of achieving sales.
Ideal candidates for the Winery Associate position will have experience in the hospitality industry, with wine knowledge being an important asset.
Our chosen candidates must be energetic, personable, upbeat and responsible. Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Multiple positions available.Duties/Responsibilities/Procedures:
Assisting customers with wine tasting and purchases, while providing exceptional and professional customer serviceConducting entertaining and informative tours of the winery, including performing structured tastings for tour groupsUse a computer-operated point-of-sale system and perform opening and closing dutiesAssisting with special eventsProviding dinner service in both formal and informal settingsRepresenting the winery at offsite eventsStocking wine and giftwarePerforming general housekeeping duties
Job Requirements:
