About the Opportunity:

Joining as the Scheduling Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Clinical Transformation and oversee a centralized staff scheduling team. Your role involves ensuring high-quality schedule planning, timekeeping, and shift filling to address both immediate and long-term needs. Key aspects of this position include decision-making, interpersonal skills, communication, and resource management to drive continuous improvements in staff scheduling and promote safety for employees and patients. You should be adept at implementing and managing changes to processes in response to software updates or collective agreement modifications, demonstrating a blend of creativity and problem-solving skills.

The Scheduling Operations Manager must establish strong relationships with unit managers, Human Resources teams, and other relevant stakeholders. This role demands familiarity with scheduling processes, collective agreement standards, and operational requirements, making it essential to collaborate effectively with various departments.


About You:

If you possess a Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 5 years of staff scheduling experience and 3 years of leadership experience, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of staffing practices, experience in project or change management, and proficiency in HR software. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and drive continuous learning and development. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with human resources information systems are required. Proficiency in French and other languages is considered a plus.


Hours:


As a Permanent Fulltime employee, you will be scheduled for 75 hours biweekly.

Compensation and Incentives:

- The hourly pay range for this position is $41.48 to $51.85.
