Security Guard to work at one of our Health care site in

Winnipeg, MB.
As a security guard in the Health care sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?:

Maintain a safe and Secure environment.
Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
Laws on the client's site.
Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
Provide a highlevel customer service in a challenging environment.
Prevent theft, violence or infringement of rules and regulation.
Protect patients, visitors, staff, information, and the facility.
Patrol inside and outside the facility.
Patrol with G-Track and will need to do good incident, general activity and daily shift ending reporting. Must demonstrate good reporting skills.
Follow the post orders and ensure that every activity is done according to it.
Immediately respond to emergency code red, white, yellow, blue etc. in case of site emergencies.
Manage good, polite, and effective communication with everyone.
Observe site visitors and perform ID checks.
Observe camera surveillance and will keep track of patient movement.
Identify suspicious activities, emerging issues or emergencies and will immediately manage necessary communication with the facility management and act according to the post orders.
