Our CNC Operator Positions have a
wage range of $25$37 per hour based on experience and a skills assessment during the interview stage. Increases are reviewed throughout employment.

Essential functions for this role are:

Review set-up sheets and drawings to complete machined parts
Operate the water jet cutting machine
Provide basic machine adjustments and maintenance (C.N.C programming)
Load tools and perform setups for the completion of a job
Take measurements and make adjustments to produce precision parts
Select appropriate machines (e.g. lathes) and position or load material for a job
Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain consistency and identify issues
Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages

If you have the following experience, qualifications, and skills, we want to hear from you

Experience in setup and operation of CNC Mill/Lathe
Experience with HAAS Machines is an asset
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers) to take accurate measurements
Good at math with analytical abilities
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
Proven ability to work well under mínimal supervision and can take directions and follow through
Level 1 or 2 First Aid is an asset
Strong organizational skills
