Our Marketing team covers all facets of Glow the Event Stores online involvement as well as other internal expectations auxiliary to the role (such as company events and internal communications).

Duties include marketing and public relations related items, communications, customer service and assistance within the divisions when required from a marking or content creation standpoint.

There is very much a team approach to large projects at Glow, and therefore you may be expected from time to time to be involved in pop up tasks when 'all hands-on deck' are required, as anyone in a high-level role at Glow would be expected to from time to time.

Come and work alongside our marketing manager to create and execute social media communications strategies for our 2023 Event, Halloween and Holiday season

Duties to be expected, but not limited to:

- Gain valuable experience learning the ins/out of running an pop up store and an holiday event

Planning and delivering marketing strategy on all platforms, under the direction of the marketing manager
Implementing and optimising paid marketing
Attending key events to curate content for marketing purposes
Greeting clients and answering phones
Maintain relationships with industry partners
Respond to customer inquiries through social media, phone and ticketing systems
Keep product information up to date on client facing platforms
