CRM Business Analyst - Salesforce or MS Dynamics

The responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to the following requirements:

Gathering and documentation of business requirements
Presentations for verification of User Stories to product owner.
Incorporating feedback from product owner, users, and other stakeholders into User Stories.
Researching new initiatives to timely and costeffectively improve individual project processes.
Conducting gap analysis.
Identifying and documenting business rules and scenarios.
Working with project manager to specify scope and roadmap of each individual project.
Supporting the testing team and development teams by presenting User Stories in the context of the project and strategic goals.
Developing user implementation documentation.
Facilitating and conducting meetings with multiple groups such as Executive, Management and field operations while working on multiple issues at the same time to keep all necessary personnel apprised of progress and business findings for relevant projects.
Independently planning, prioritizing, and coordinating complex and concurrent activities to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment.

Position Education, Experience and Technical Requirements

Minimum Post-Secondary degree or professional certificate in computer science or business related discipline
At least 60 months (5 years) experience as a Business Analyst in a finance, social services or community health care environment ;
Experience as being a project lead;
Demonstration of advanced analytical skills;
Strong interpersonal skills ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation and to take the lead when required;
Values relationships and helps strengthen the bond with partners with a high degree of trust, teamwork and mutual respect
Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
Proven problemsolving skills;
Extremely wellorganised and strong attention to detail;
Ability to take the initiative and to manage time in the most effective manner;
A passion for excellence and innovation;
Exercise sound judgment and make appropriate recommendations
