We're on the search for a hardworking professional who has what it takes to thrive in the role of
Sanitation Associate at our Thrive facility.

As a Sanitation Associate, you will be an integral member of our team and will assist in maintaining the quality of our facility.

You will be empowered to make an impact and grow within our Company, and here is how you'll do it...


As an Sanitation Associate, you will...

  • Facilitate all aspects of the cleaning process at our facility by sanitizing rooms, fans and drain covers, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming and washing tables, dusting surfaces and light fixtures and cleaning PVC piping
  • Foster a safe and healthy environment for our team by complying with standard operating procedures for PPE, materials, and chemicals, maintaining cleaning equipment, and performing quality control audits to ensure all rooms are cleaned sufficiently
  • Elevate our cleaning practices and protocols to eliminate any potential risks for distributing the growth of our plants
  • Maintains cleaning schedule and logs
  • Ensure daily sanitation tasks are completed effectively and in alignment with the Cannabis Act and Good Production Practices (GPP ) requirements
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as required by the Company
