Key Responsibilities
- Acquire clients by identifying and targeting potential businesses in the local area through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our cleaning services and advantages over competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of cleaning services and meet client expectations.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas to meet with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Class 5 drivers license valid in Alberta and reliable method of transportation.
