Position Summary:

The VP of Sales and marketing team, will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing teams, developing marketing strategies, overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Anova Fertility and Reproductive Health, and oversee hiring and training of department employees.

The VP will maintain relations with community organizations, hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources in order to generate new patients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and customer insights to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company's products and services in the market.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from all marketing initiatives for senior management and executive
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Develop and manage the marketing and sales budgets.
  • Oversee the company's marketing and sales teams and ensure they are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ensure the company's sales teams are trained and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure marketing and sales strategies align with overall company goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and agreed upon.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and developing highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technologies and tools, such as CRM and marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
