Role Overview:
Using your well-developed leadership and customer satisfaction skills you will oversee Chartright's Charter Sales team as they solve the private jet flight requirements of a large group of high-net-worth customers.
What You'll Do (among other things):
- Oversee the full cycle of sales activity, including prospecting, proposal preparation, client presentation, closing, and processing
- Lead, coach, encourage, and inspire the Charter Sales team
- Manage aircraft availability constraints and evolve strategies to improve access and grow charter revenue
- Participate in the prospecting for and maintenance of major accounts
- Anticipate and overcome problems proactively and participate in solution identification when this is not possible
- Lead Sales events and be an ambassador of Chartright Sales, both internally and externally
- Consistently monitor people practices, processes and systems to ensure the collective goals of the organization are achieved
What you Bring:
- A diploma or degree in a business program
- At least three years of supervisory sales experience. Knowledge of private aviation is essential. Experience in aircraft charter is highly preferred
- A combination of supervisory sales experience in transportation logistics and a highnetworth sales environment will be considered
- Welldeveloped and referenced people leadership experience with the ability to engage, motivate and guide a zealous sales force
- Experience with a complex sales cycle and a practical understanding of prospecting and scheduling software (ex. Avianis, Hubspot)
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a lead by example style
- Administrative experience including the ability to author and adhere to policy and process
- Exceptional relationship skills, solid judgement, and integrity
