Our opportunity will allow you to evolve within major projects and to play a consulting role with the project team and customers in the planning and control of project schedules in the industrial, transportation or building sectors. Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare master and detailed schedules and establish reference planning
- Establish and analyze the critical path, propose measures to optimize the schedule
- Implement effective methods for measuring project progress according to size and complexity
- Monitor the progress of activities, update detailed and master schedules, analyze performance and suggest solutions to project managers in the event of slippage in activities and milestones
- Analyze the impact of changes and provide support in the preparation of business documents related to delay analysis
- Produce monthly reports and presentations, including progress Scurves, milestone analysis, margin analysis, critical paths and earned value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant university degree
- Relevant experience in major construction projects related to the position
- Mastery of planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of Tilos linear planning software (an asset)
- Good communication skills in French
- Project management training, PMP or PMI-SP certification (an asset)
- Mobility in the metropolitan area (an asset)
