Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Process incoming sales orders and work with sales team to ensure data accuracy.
  • Enter information into QuickBooks or similar software system to initiate orders, invoices and credit memos.
  • Work with large groups of teams to serve tier one customers.
  • Use Excel to generate data and reports, making sure all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Manage and monitor inventories and product information.
  • Track logistics, shipment and product delivery.
  • Research for different projects and generate detailed information/plans presenting to management.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
