Description

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and advertising of properties, managing rental software and websites
  • Conduct property tours and provide information to prospective tenants.
  • Handle inquiries and respond to tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs including coordinating with maintenance contractors for monthly and yearly inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to leasing activities.
  • Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when interacting with tenants and prospects.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
