Description

Pouring Machine Operator:


  • Be able to handle pour head of machine and follow pour patterns as instructed by supervisor.
  • Be comfortable with manually opening and closing molds.
  • Identify quality issues to avoid making scrap.
  • Comfortable with using various tools to clean molds.
  • Be able to push up to 40 lbs.
  • Be able to stand for an 8hr shift.
  • Flexible, willing to cross train on other positions.

Requirements:


  • Must have a reliable method of transportation.
  • Flexibility to work shifts (7am 3:30pm or 2:30pm 10:30pm).
  • Must be dependable, punctual and value accountability.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Manufacturing experience would be preferred.

  • Abide by all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify, report, and avoid all hazards.
  • Always operate with safety in mind.
  • Report any near misses to supervisor.
