About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sales forecasting models for the company
Analyze business unit economics and provide insights to senior leadership and the board
Prepare regular reports on sales forecasting and business unit economics for senior leadership and the company board
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate and uptodate sales data
Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations to increase accuracy and efficiency
Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in sales forecasting and business unit economics to inform decision making and improve performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in sales forecasting and business unit economics analysis
Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate results to a nontechnical audience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Thrive in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
