One Full-Time Contract Position to March 31, 2025 (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)

Responsible for the coordination of the Passport Program within York Region, which focuses on adults with a developmental disability seeking community participation supports and/or skills development and respite supports.

Responsible for waitlist management, acting as a resource to eligible adults and their families around community options and administration of funding.
