Description


The Pre-Construction Deal Administrator must be extremely detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and a helping hand to our agents and cooperating brokerages.

This position will be a full-time temporary position up until December, 2025 (with possible extension).


Responsibilities:


  • Processing preconstruction and referral deal transactions
  • Respond to all communications related to builder transactions.
  • Respond to agent inquiries regarding their transactions, commission payments, etc.
  • Correspond with cooperating brokerages and lawyers regarding transactions.
  • Correspond with all branch administrators regarding transactions and commission cheques and deposit cheques.
  • Responsible for posting and paying out agent via EFT/Cheque for Builder and Referral transaction.
  • Responsible for issuing cheques to outside Brokerage.
  • Follow up commission cheques with the outside brokerages and lawyers.
  • Monitor and assess real estate transactions to ensure full compliance with FINTRAC's guidelines and immediately report noncompliant matters to the Deals Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:


  • Proven customer service focus with a timely response to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner
  • Ability to identify customer's needs using superior communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skill with knowledge of Adobe, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with posting cash receipts and processing agents' payroll
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in the real estate industry
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in builder deal administration and Lonewolf
  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fastpaced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • This position is located at the corporate office and is Monday-Friday, 9am5pm.
