Digital Merchandiser to develop and optimize digital merchandizing plans for our best in-class products.

Position Overview

  • Develop digital merchandizing plans to optimize product discovery through internal search, site navigation and SEO campaigns
  • Evaluate and report on product performance and visitor data
  • Collaborate with Front-End Development to implement UI UX design strategies and ensure proper indexing.
  • Create and manage digital assets (including social media ads) align with company brand and create a seamless advertising experience
  • Test, analyze and optimize product and inventory sync between ERP and company websites.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of training, education or experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing and product discovery (preference given to retail industry experience).
  • Experience with graphic design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience with website analytics tools
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and online customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Experience/knowledge of CRM, CMS, ERP, Javascrip/jScript, CSS/SASS and constraints
