Within your team, your essential role will be:
- to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards ;
- to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards ;
- to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy ;
- supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them ;
- to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

Attestation of Vocational Specialization (ASP) - Completed

Experience:
3 to 5 years experience

French Language:
Very good knowledge

English Language:
Some knowledge

Other:
Word, Excel, P.O.S

Diploma in Business Management is a plus
