Job Summary
Southlake is seeking several Digital Health Solution Advisor positions to introduce and evaluate innovative technology enabled solutions.

This role is expected to take on outcome based actions that are focused on appropriate solutions that solve clinical and operational problems.

The process will involve collecting and critically interpreting requirements, leveraging industry knowledge, and working with relevant stakeholders, to evaluate appropriate technology enabled solutions that meet the need of the organization and stakeholders.

This role is expected to be conducted virtually and any onsite commitments will depend on the project.


Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare experience as solutions are expected to be focused on addressing healthcare related challenges. This will reduce clinical stakeholder engagement challenges (as the role can understand clinical pressures and processes).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Digital Health Technology.
  • Development of business and clinical requirements / use cases to appropriate determine the needs of the digital health solution.
  • Awareness of digital health technologies and concepts to understand the landscape and alignment with organization capabilities.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated problem assessment skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated individual leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in either Technology, Business or Clinical Informatics required, relevant extensive experience may be considered

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works with stakeholders to clearly identify objectives and goals that a digital health solution will be required to address. Focus on determining healthcare problem(s) that need to be solved.
  • Document and analyze department / program / organization requirements.
  • Leverage relevant competencies to identify the current state of processes, eliciting useful and harmful attributes of them, documenting models of the processes and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs and integration of digital health solutions.
  • Document processes and facilitate stakeholder consensus for new business process designs.
  • Help organizations and stakeholders define the usage and integration with other systems and implement the features and functions of the technology product to meet business requirements.
  • Support the analysis of financial analysis on solution costing and long term sustainability.
  • Develop funding models / scenarios for solution implementation.
  • Maintain an awareness of the industry and emerging solutions.
  • Leverage associations, organization, and other relationships to explore systems.
  • Learn about organization enterprise capabilities and current state of usage of processes, technology, data, and people and how they current support business strategy.
